La chaleur extr\u00eame peut entra\u00eener une d\u00e9shydratation, de l\u2019\u00e9puisement, voire des complications graves pour la sant\u00e9. Heureusement, il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons simples et efficaces de se prot\u00e9ger et de pr\u00e9server son bien-\u00eatre, ainsi que celui de ses proches.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"821\"><strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"819\">Quelques gestes essentiels pour se prot\u00e9ger :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1464\">\n<li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"936\">\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"936\">Buvez de l\u2019eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, m\u00eame si vous n\u2019avez pas soif, et \u00e9vitez l\u2019alcool qui accentue la d\u00e9shydratation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1077\">\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1077\">Rafra\u00eechissez-vous plusieurs fois par jour : douche ti\u00e8de, linges humides sur le visage, le cou et les bras, vaporisation d\u2019eau fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1211\">\n<p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1211\">Passez du temps dans des endroits climatis\u00e9s ou \u00e0 l\u2019ombre (biblioth\u00e8ques municipales, centres communautaires, centres commerciaux, etc.) .
